Reading letters!!!!

        Students have been receiving letter from different countries thorugh the etwinning project: WRITING AN EASY LETTER.
        They have learnt a lot about their pen friends and about the countries where they are from.

     

ETWINNING SCHOOL WALL

     We have created a School Etwinning Wall where we show the rest of students from our school all we learn about other countries: The flags and location, legends, pictures or photos related to these places.

     

Padlet!!! students are still working.

       It is amazing when students improve their skills using different applications to share and exchange information about the place where they live. They have many different good ideas.

VISUAL THINKING

   
 Some students love drawing, so, we have decided to use this skill to communicate one of our legends!!!   This is the "LEGEND OF DRAGO".

      Drago is an endemic big tree that exists in Canary Island and this type of tree has got an interesting feature: its sap is red, like blood.

      Could you follow this story through this VISUAL THINKING technique???

Legends: showing our creativity

       Students are still working on legends, improving the way of showing our legends.

STUDENTS WORKING ON THE ETWINNING PROJECT

              Students from CEIP PUNTA LARGA have been really motivated with the idea of creating different digital versions of our legends to share with european partners.

Apart from that, they have been still participating with PADLET tool to know more about the place where the other students live.







They have written their version
and later, have created their digital version.

They have drawn pictures to help the rest of students to understand the plot. 

They have done a good job in the computer room! Doing all the best!!

The legend of GUAYOTA (Canvas)

GARAJONAY´S LEGEND

GaraJonay is a protected national park in La Gomera, it is one of the seven islands in the Canarian Archipielago. There is an interesting legend about the origin of its name.

Students have created a digital book telling a short version about this legend.
